• Program  Evaluation & Impact Assessment: Designed and conducted comprehensive      program evaluations for education organizations, ensuring effective  curriculum implementation, impact assessment, and institutional growth.
• Professional  Training & Development: Led global teacher training  workshops and faculty development programs in countries such as Ecuador,  Egypt, El Salvador, the Dominican Republic, Fiji, and Kiribati.
• Leadership  Coaching & Mentoring: Developed and led executive coaching  and mentorship programs for emerging mentors in ELT, fostering  professional growth and leadership capacity with a strong focus on DEI and inclusive leadership.
• Diversity,  Equity & Inclusion Initiatives: Spearheaded, designed and  implemented projects that elevate underrepresented voices in education  leadership, focusing on mentoring and inclusive leadership frameworks
• Global  Consulting & Professional Training: Served as an English Language  Specialist for the U.S. Department of State, delivering professional development workshops in Fiji, Kiribati, Russia, Lebanon, and other regions. Designed and Led workshops for English teachers in Russia and Lebanon  and conducted application reviews for new programming for the Eurasia Foundation.
• Strategic Partnerships & Institutional Capacity Building: Collaborated  with universities and professional associations to strengthen teacher education programs and advance education leadership best practices in  global contexts.

As a teacher education, a scholar, and the Founder & CEO of I-EmpowerEd, LLC, I have led impactful global initiatives in teacher training, coaching, and leadership development, reaching a diverse network of educators and emerging leaders worldwide. Through I-EmpowerEd, LLC, I bridge global education gaps, helping organizations build sustainable, high-quality teacher training models, while fostering diverse, inclusive, and socially just learning environments. My work has directly influenced over 530 educators across multiple regions:

• Coaching  & Mentoring:   Provided coaching to over 20 mentors and mentees in the state of Maryland,  guiding their professional development, leadership growth, and career advancement.
• Teacher Training & Capacity Building: Led large-scale teacher training programs, empowering over 200 educators in Fiji, 40 in Kiribati, and 270 in Ecuador, 25 from Russia and 25 from Lebanon with the Eurasia Foundation, focusing on curriculum innovation, inclusive teaching strategies, and program evaluation.
• Institutional Consulting & Program Development: Designed customized training programs and curriculum solutions for universities, non-profits, and  educational organizations across six continents, driving sustainable,  high-impact learning models.
• Partnerships: Secured high-profile partnerships with the U.S. Department of State, Eurasia  Foundation, Centro Ecuatoriano Norteamericano (CEN) in Ecuador, and leading      academic institutions
